Let's begin with a simple stretch that relaxes the body and puts your mind at ease. This highly versatile pose can then turn into a great sex position for those of you with strong arms.
- Start on all fours and place your hands several inches in front of your shoulders. Separate your knees hip-width apart and curl your toes under.
- Shift your weight into your palms and lift your off the floor. Push your buttocks towards the ceiling.
- Slowly straighten your knees and lift your heels off the mat just a little bit. Also keep your upper body straight and don't let your head dangle.
- Start the Kegel workout by contracting your pelvic muscles. Hold for 3 seconds and release, repeat 15 times.
Women with strong arms can proceed from the downward dog into the Courageous/Wheelbarrow sex position by having your partner lift up your legs from behind and hold onto either your thighs or hips.
