Let the Sexercises Begin!

I can't believe that spring is already half way through! It's really time to stop procrastinating and get on with the work out. I will be doing a series of weekly sexercise posts starting with simple yoga poses, yoga + kegel routines, pilates and eventually move towards more advanced toning activities with kegels such as swimming. It's not enough to be just physically healthy, having better sex will significantly impact your life by keep those endorphins coming!
We will be posting every Friday with a new toning tip to not only get you bikini ready but also strengthen the target muscle groups such as the pelvis, thighs, lower back, abs etc. for enhanced sexual adventures!
