It has been a while since we last reviewed an anal plug and after browsing through the archives, I've realized we haven't really blogged about something for the intermediate level user. The Tantus Holt is a great choice if you are looking for something that's relatively easy to use but still add enough texture for some arousing sensation enhancement.
The plug is 4" in length and 1.25" in diameter, making it on the thinner side of dildos and plugs. Due to its relatively sleek design and narrower built, I think it's a lot less intimidating for those of you who are slowly becoming more comfortable with anal play. This is a fantastic plug for beginners overall. Its non-intimidating size and platinum silicone from Tantus makes it really smooth and and easy to take. As usual, it's easy to clean and fairly flexible.
This plug is great for double penetration when taken from behind because it tends to slide out a bit due to increased anal tightness ;) but this feature can also become a problem if you wish to have fun on your back. I feel that this plug on its own can help intermediate users get used to plugs that are harder to insert and aid the transition process with the penis shape. For those of you who are more advanced, the Holt might be a little boring and definitely less intense for proper play but may serve as an excellent warm up toy.
